PATRYK-2 carrousel seedling transplanter is a modern high-quality machine designed for planting the seedlings of vegetables, strawberries, tobacco and flowers from multiplates (seedling pallets).
The most important advantage of PATRYK-2 carrousel seedling transplanter is that the individual mechanisms of the machine are adjustable to a large extent and that the machine guarantees constant distance between seedlings in a row as well as constant planting depth. PATRYK-2 carrousel seedling transplanters are also equipped with coulter regulating mechanism that adjusts the coulter to multiplates (seedling pallets) that are used. Robust construction of the transplanters makes them suitable for various soil conditions.
Each section of the seedling transplanter is supported on a special “foot” reinforced with stainless steel. Such a solution protects the coulter and planting mechanisms against clogging with soil.
Standard version of the carousel seedling transplanter is suitable for multiplates (seedling pallets) of the following dimensions: 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm up to 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm. With the use of special equipment, the carousel seedling transplanter can be also adapted to larger multiplates (seedling pallets) (6 cm x 6 cm).
There is also a possibility of choosing the stores for seedlings. We offer the stores for seedlings that have the form of vertical hangers or horizontal tables. We agree all details with the customer at the stage of order placing.
Depending on the type of store for seedlings that is used, the trays with seedlings are located on the tables or attached vertically on the hangers. The operator of a specific section of the carousel seedling transplanter takes seedlings from multiplates and places them in the cup that is located in the carrousel disk. The cups open above the guiding funnel and the seedlings are guided through the guiding funnel to the coulter. There, the seedlings are jammed between the walls of adjustable coulter. The seedlings are pushed out from the coulter by the push-out device, in proper intervals, into the furrow made by the coulter. Pressing wheels are located behind the coulter. The wheels press the soil around the seedlings. Consequently, the seedlings are positioned vertically and properly pressed.
Good preparation is required in order to guarantee failure-free operation of PATRYK-2 carousel seedling transplanter and satisfactory final results of its use. First of all, the operators should familiarize with the instruction manual delivered with the machine as well as they should adjust and set the machine in a proper manner. The soil must be well opened and rolled before the carousel seedling transplanter is used.

PATRYK-2 carousel seedling transplanter fulfils all standards and requirements of the European Union with regard to machine safety. As a standard, each seeder is delivered with the instruction manual prepared in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian or German. Other language versions of the instruction manual are available on special request of the customer.
